What cookies and local storage do

Cookies are small values a website can ask your browser to retain and, in some cases, send with later requests. localStorage is a separate browser facility that can retain site-specific values on your device. Both can be used for preferences, and neither is required by the editorial page interactions supplied with this site.

The editorial site’s own code

The supplied page scripts do not set cookies, write to localStorage or load analytics or advertising services. Navigation state and scroll-reveal state exist only in the current page. The contact worksheet uses its current field values to build a local preview.

Platform preference controls

If the publishing platform displays a separate consent panel, use its Accept or Essential Only choices to control any optional services described there. A platform may retain a necessary preference record so it can remember your decision. That preference record is separate from the contact worksheet and does not send its contents.

Accepting a preference prompt does not send a message, create an account or turn a local draft into correspondence. Optional services, if introduced, should be described before they are enabled and should respect your choice.

Manage data in your browser

Open your browser’s privacy or site-settings menu and find the entry for showwondergadget.online. You can inspect or remove cookies and site storage, block storage or clear data when closing the browser. The exact wording depends on the browser. Clearing site data may reset any platform-managed consent choice.

Clipboard contents and downloaded files are managed separately from cookies. Clear your clipboard or remove a downloaded draft using your device’s controls if needed. On shared devices, also check browser form restoration and download history.

External links and hosting

Photographs, styles and scripts are referenced as local site assets. Following an external source link takes you to another organisation’s website, which may use its own cookies. Necessary hosting or security infrastructure may process technical request information; see Your data choices for more detail.
